1. Subscription-Based Products

CtrlPlain offers subscription-based SaaS solutions, and refunds are handled based on the type of subscription and usage:


  • Free Trial Period:
    We encourage all users to explore CtrlPlain during the free trial period. Once the trial ends and a subscription begins, no refunds will be issued for the initial billing period.

  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    Refunds for monthly plans are not provided after the subscription period begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions:
    Refunds for annual plans are available if requested within 7 days of the payment date. After this period, no refunds will be issued. You can cancel your subscription to avoid renewal for the next year.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:


  • A technical issue within the platform prevented you from accessing core services, and CtrlPlain was unable to resolve it after multiple support attempts.

  • Billing errors, such as accidental overcharges or duplicate transactions.

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service outside the free trial period.

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.


3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your CtrlPlain customer portal.. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ctrlplain.com with the following details:


  • Your account email

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


5. Changes to the Refund Policy

CtrlPlain reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
